Dr. Gwen Grady

Dr. Gwen Grady is a native Detroiter. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Michigan and her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She joined Henry Ford Health system in 1987 and Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)in 2001. She retired as CMO in 2021 and now is the coordinator for medical education for PACESEMI. She remains active in the community and her church Straight Gate International Church - to improve health and well- being : spirit , soul and body. Her training is Internal Medicine and Geriatrics and I am board certified in both.

I am also a Certified Physician Development Coach.
